#3 Mississippi takes out the #24 Bayou Bengals of LSU (-3.5). Remember when Death Valley was the most intimidating place in the world to play? Not so any longer.
TEXAS TECH (+23) beats the spread against #10 TCU. I definitely think they'll win, but 23's just too rich for my blood.
For dessert, I'll take #16 NEBRASKA (-19.5) over Rutgers at home. Because I like crimson more than scarlet.

Ohio State (-14) over Penn St 41-17. Ohio State is quietly playing some really good football and could legitimately be a dark horse candidate for the playoff. I don't really like the Buckeyes, but can't deny the fact that they will win and win big against the Nittany Lions.
LSU (+3.5) over Ole Miss 27-24. Something tells me that this the game you see Bo Wallace make mistakes and Ole Miss falters. This will open the door wide open for Alabama and/or Auburn to place themselves in contention for the SEC West and the playoff.
KSU over Texas (+10) 28-20. Kansas State has the Longhorn's number. This game won't be as close as the score indicates, but the Wildcats will not cover.

West Virginia (+1.0) vs Oklahoma St. - Each defense gives up roughly the same amount of points per game. However, the Mountaineers possess the better offense in terms of points on the board. Although this one is in Stillwater, I think Dana Holgorsen has a few tricks up his sleeve for his former employer. Give me WVU and the points.
TCU (-23.0) vs Texas Tech - As Matt has said, TTU with Kingbury at the helm have been all smoke and mirrors. With the game being hosted in Ft. Worth, we can eliminate the strangeness that occurs in the Twilight Zone. After watching the Horn Frogs play, there is no doubt in my mind they pull off another comfortable win and cover the spread.
Ole Miss (-3.5) vs LSU - The opportunistic defense that the Rebels possess continues to terrorize the SEC with at least two turnovers created in six of the last seven games. Combine that with the quarterback issues Les Miles and the Tiger must put up with and it forms a perfect storm. Ole Miss walks into Death Valley and walks out with a win.
Matt
Georgia Tech (+3.5) at Pitt - The Yellow Jackets are on a two-game losing streak and the Panthers are fresh off a 21-16 win over Virginia Tech last week. This is going to be a ground and pound type game that will most likely be a field goal difference one way or the other. That's where the half a point becomes by friend.
West Virginia (+1) at Oklahoma State - I look at this spread and see a freebee. The Mountaineers are coming off a monumental win and the Cowboys are reeling off a devastating loss at TCU last week. I'm not sure that OSU can swap scores with West Virginia to come out of this game with a win.
Arizona (-2.5) at Washington State - Mike Leach and defense don't really go hand-in-hand. That's why Washington State ranks 105th nationally in scoring defense. The Cougars are vicious through the air but Arizona is too good to be duped by a one dimensional offense.
