Bears Prove They're The Big Twelve's Best Offense

The competition hasn't been strong but the results have been impressive none the less. For the second week in a row the Baylor Bears have put up Play Station type numbers on offense while also playing stingy defense. After racking up 56 points in the first half the Bears were able to cruise to a 70-13 win over Buffalo by scoring just two second half touchdowns.

Junior quarterback Bryce Petty was 13/16 for 338 yards and two touchdowns and running back Lache Seastrunk ran for 150 yards and three touchdowns on just 17 carries. In all, the Baylor offense racked up 781 yards and that's with taking their foot off the gas in the second half.

With the struggles by several defenses within the Big Twelve Conference you have to give the Bears a solid advantage over just about anyone on their schedule. Consistency is the main factor that coaches are looking for early in the season and through two weeks Baylor has consistently shown they've had the best offense in the conference.
