For the first time since 2007, the Oklahoma Sooners will be playing a regular season football game on a day other than Saturday. Oklahoma announced Thursday afternoon that their match-up this coming season with Baylor has been moved to a Thursday night (November 7th) and will either air on FOX or ESPN (time, TBD).
Such is the world that we currently live in with television broadcast rights typically determining the time and dates of so many college football games.
For the longest time, the powers that be at Oklahoma have been resistant to playing football games on a non-Saturday, but it would appear they've finally relented.
So what say you, OU fans? Does this bother and/or upset you? Or do you not really care?
