The Sooners received six of nine possible first place votes by the conference coaches with the other three going to the TCU Horned Frogs. Rounding out the top four in the conference were Texas and Baylor. Of the three teams directly behind them, Oklahoma will play two of them on the road this season.

The Sooners will host TCU (March 22-24) in their first conference series of the season but travel to Austin to play Texas (April 5-7) and then to Waco to play Baylor (April 12-14). Other home conference opponents for Oklahoma will be Kansas (March 28-30) and Texas Tech (April 26-28). OU will also travel to play West Virginia (May 3-5) and the Bedlam Series will once again be split between Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
