Jordan took the big spreads last week and produced a 3-0 record, making the season race much tighter. Now we have to get Rich back on track so that we can get all of our records above .500. As usual, Rich and Jordan stand on opposite sides of one specific game and I'm staying away from it all together.
Here's where we stand on the season along with how we're picking this week. Make sure to let us know where you agree or disagree with us.

Texas (-28) vs. Kansas - It's Kansas. Do you really need any more of an explanation?
Tennessee (+11) at Missouri - MASSIVE letdown spot for Mizzou here, even at home. Admittedly, this is a pick based on them being the Missouri of old, which they have not played like this year, but after last week's crushing loss I'm betting the 'other UT' can keep it close enough to cover.
West Virginia (+13.5) vs. TCU - Just do not understand what Vegas sees in TCU. WVU isn't a good football team, but TCU is horrid offensively, so that two touchdown numbers seems too high for me.
Rich
Nebraska -7 vs Northwestern - This NW team isn't as good as I had initially thought. Give me the offense of Nebraska in this one as they cover.
Kansas +28 vs Texas - The Jayhawks get out to a quick start but fail to finish. Texas wins handily but not by 4 TDs.
Minnesota +7 vs Indiana - Not sure how the Hoosiers are the favorite here.
Matt
Illinois (+10.5) at Penn State - I like the Nittany Lions to win this game, but only by a field goal.
Mississippi State (+12.5) at South Carolina - The Game Cocks pulled off the huge upset last week at Missouri and will now be put on upset alert themselves this weekend.
NC State (+5) vs. North Carolina - These two teams are so bad that you really can't call it an upset but I like the Wolfpack to pull the upset here.
