Pressure is mounting each week that the streak continues. We've not had a losing week in a while and I've actually managed to stumble upon a 12-0 record over the last four weeks. It looks good in our yearly standings but I also know that at some point the other shoe is going to drop. I just hope I can build a little bigger cushion before it does.

Rich and I both feel that Georgia Tech is a great pick against BYU. The Yellow Jackets have taken it on the chin the last two weeks from some of the better teams in the ACC. They'll excel against BYU, who provides a much needed change of pace.
Here are our picks for this week. Make sure to let us know where you agree or disagree.
Jordan
Stanford (-9) at Utah - Staying on the Cardinal train for another road cover.
Texas Tech (-14.5) vs, Iowa State - If this game were in Ames, I'd stay away. But in Lubbock, I think Tech should be able to handle the Cyclones who are in a big letdown spot after that Texas game last Thursday.
Baylor (-17.5) at Kansas St - Everything about this game, from the opening line of 10 (!!!) to it being in Manhattan, say stay away but that Baylor offense has been so freaking good I just can't help myself here.
Rich
Navy (+3) vs Duke - Once again we find a disciplined team playing a major conference team. Unfortunately for the Blue Devils, they are ultimately known as a basketball school. Not only do I think the Midshipmen keep this one tight, I'm willing to say they win by a touchdown.
Georgia Tech (+7) vs BYU - I'll keep this one short. BYU is getting credit for the 550 yard rushing performance they posted against a weak Texas squad. Give me GT and the points!
Pitt (+9) vs Va Tech - The ACC has Clemson and Florida St. then everyone else. The struggles for the Hokies are apparently after a few key depatures from last season. While Va Tech wins this game, I just don't see it being by more than 9 points.
Matt
Nebraska (-14.5) at Purdue - The Husker offense has exploded in the two games following their loss to UCLA. Look for Nebraska to continue to roll for the next two weeks until they get to Northwestern.
Georgia Tech (+7) vs. BYU - I have to agree with Rich on this one. The wrong team is favored here. Don't be surprised if the Yellow Jackets win this game straight up.
Texas A&M (-6) at Ole Miss - The Rebels may be the home team here but they absolutely don't have the firepower to stay with the Aggies. Six points just isn't enough in this game.
