As we're all aware, some of us have more time on our hands than others. As a result, some of you may already have been aware of the message boardreports of a certain Sooners stud freshman wide receiver, Trey Metoyer, in a walking boot.

Naturally, OU fans started freaking out which is somewhat understandable given the subject of the report. Though given the world we live in today it's probably wise, in the future, to wait for credible people to weigh in on the subject.

Which is now what both SoonerScoop and ESPN Sooner Nation's Jake Trotter have done in calming the nerves of OU fans. It's a minor injury at best and the walking boot is more of a precautionary measure than anything. Oklahoma does this quite often with players and yet every time news of something like it leaks out it sends Sooner Nation into a tizzy.

At the end of the day, much to do about nothing but we didn't want those of you aware of the reports to think we here at CCM were asleep behind the wheel. So we just wanted to briefly acknowledge it.

Carry on about your day.
