Quality (as always) story from friend of CCM, Jake Trotter, on senior DE R.J. Washington and how things have come together for him during his time in Norman. If he can go out and have the kind of senior season we saw Frank Alexander have, I'd dare say Washington's story from where he was coming in, how low things got for him, to that kind of performance in his final year would rival just about any other player's story (IMO). Not to get all soap boxy, but I just wanted to take a sec and say how much respect I have for Washington. With all the hype he came in with and how little he played to start his career, he could have taken the easy way out and transferred somewhere else. But he stuck it out, worked his you know what off, had a nice year last year, and is now primed for a big senior season. I don't know how you couldn't respect the heck out of that.
