Oklahoma Offers 2013 Douglass HS PG Stevie Clark

Stevie Clark is the newest offer of the 2013 class for this Oklahoma Sooners Basketball Program. While he only stands 5-10 he is quick and uses his dribbling abilities to create space between the defender and himself. Clark is also not afraid of a little contact and at times looks to create it when driving to the hoop. His aggressive style of play and knack of attacking the rim coupled with the ability to finish makes him a good fit for the Big XII style of ball.

While dribbling is great, Clark shows an uncanny ability to hit long range shots time and time again. Most would put his shot range at right around the 25 foot mark and he is not afraid to pull up from their either. He has the potential to be a big time scoring guard on the next level.

Clark shows great court vision as well. His head is always up surveying the court and trying to find the open man more specifically in the transition game. His defense is stout and he shows solid footwork to create turnovers to get out in transition.

However, the biggest attribute that anyone can appreciate is his hustle. After making the shot, Douglass uses a full-court press in which Clark puts his body on the floor. Hustle is what we are expecting as fans alongside a no quit attitude. This kid certainly has those things going for him and could shine at Oklahoma in Lon Kruger's system.
