Sherri Coale called it a signature win and I can't think of a better description for it. In a season full of up and downs, the Oklahoma women's basketball team scored their biggest upset of the season Tuesday night in Lloyd Noble Center.

The ladies were lead in scoring by Aaryn Ellenberg and her 23 points, which more much more significant than just what you'll see in the box score. Ellenberg is the team's leading scorer, but has been battling an absolutely terrible slump as of late. She appears to be shooting her way out of it and now better time to do so than Tuesday night against Texas A&M. Joining Ellenberg in double figures was point guard Morgan Hook who scored an impressive 19 points both off strong drives to the basket as well as from the three point arc.

In addition to scoring the upset, team leader Whitney Hand scored 11 points and in doing so became the 26th Sooner to reach 1,000 career points. So allow us to congratulate not only the team on their win, but Whitney as well for her career achievement. Though if you know anything about Whitney Hand, you know she'd humbly defer any personal accomplishment to praise her teammates so we'll just have to do the praising of her ourselves.
