Football is the biggest draw for Sooner fans this weekend as they descend upon Norman, OK to catch the Oklahoma Sooners take on the Kansas Jayhawks for Homecoming. Seeing as this is an evening game due to the Sooners jumping inside the top 10 in the BCS, there will be plenty of fans trying to fill their day with other activities.
For those who fall under this category, I am pleased to inform you that the Oklahoma Men's Basketball Program will open up their scheduled McCasland Field House series with a scrimmage this Saturday at 2:00 PM. The intrasquad scrimmage will consist of 10 minute quarters while allowing you to see why many fans are excited about what this team can and will accomplish.
Admission to the scrimmage is absolutely free and the first 500 through the door will receive a free t-shirt. I know that I will attempt to be there assuming my schedule works out. Let me know if you are going!
The Sooners continue the McCasland Field House series on Nov. 7th in an exhibition against UCO and tip-off the season on Nov 11th against LA Monroe at 2:00 PM at Lloyd Noble Center.
