Our man Richard is on a long running streak. He's also hoping that it ends pretty soon. By going 0'for over the last two weekends, he has firmly entrenched himself in the cellar of our contest. It's a position that I occupied all of last season so I know first-hand what it feels like to be there and even though I'm smiling, I'm also hoping he breaks the streak this weekend.

Clemson (-8.5) vs. Virginia Tech - Va Tech is a horrible football team. Clemson has issues, to be sure, but not enough to make me worry about them at home in this one.
Iowa State (+14.5) at Oklahoma State - I'm not gonna lie, that extra half point is the deciding factor in this one. It's obviously a revenge game for OSU, but the ISU strength on defense counters what OSU does best on offense. I don't see the Clones winning, but I think they can cover 2 TDs.
Miami (+20.5) vs. Florida State - Not sure if you can still call this a rivalry game and given some of the pics I've seen in recent weeks, I certainly don't expect the Miami crowd to be a factor. But I can see them getting some cheap points late to cover.
Matt
Stanford (-2.5) at Cal. - The Cardinal suffered a gut wrenching loss last weekend against Notre Dame and I'm betting that they take their frustrations out on the Golden Bears this weekend.
South Carolina (+3.5) at Florida - One of these two teams is going to suffer a BCS setback on Saturday and I'm thinking that it's the Gators.
Penn State (+3) at Iowa - You have to applaud how this Penn State team is playing this season. They've already exceeded expectations and I've got them picking up yet another Big 10 road win this weekend.

Stanford (-2.5) vs California - The Golden Bears have surprised a few people these past two weeks but their luck stops here. Stanford will control the clock and, in my opinion, is good enough to win by a field goal if not more in this game.
Iowa St. (+14.5) vs Oklahoma St. - The Cowboys struggled to run the ball against the Kansas Jayhawks. This matchup features two of the best linebackers in the country for ISU. Without Wes Lunt, JW Walsh is unsure of when to use his best asset and when not to...running as a QB. I'll take the points in this one with no questions asked.
LA Monroe (+3.5) vs West Kentucky - Remember when Monroe beat Arky and followed it up by taking Auburn to overtime as well as challenging Baylor?
