Update: Brandon Everage Drowns In Texas River

We never intended on reporting these kind of things when Crimson And Cream Machine was launched in 2005. The day after current Sooner Austin Box was laid to rest, former Oklahoma All-American Brandon Everage was killed when he drowned in a river close to Austin, Texas.

Everage's body was discovered on Saturday by the Milam County, Texas Sheriff's Department after going missing in the Little River on Friday evening. According to witnesses he went under water and never resurfaced. Everage was 30 years old.

(I'm, jte, also adding a little tribute/highlight video to CC's post just in case there is anyone here who doesn't remember how great of a player Brandon was for us).
