As usual, no real major changes but for the benefit of our Texas visitors we'll go a little more in-depth.

* Offensive line is as you'd expect, with one exception.  We'll start from left to right:  Stephenson, Good, Ikard, Evans, and the exception with Lane Johnson listed as the starter at RT.  Ben Habern will miss the game, forcing Ikard to shift over from left guard.  Good has had some issues in the past, but he's a senior playing in his final RRSO so hopefully he'll step up and have a big game.  Johnson might as well play with a target on his jersey if he does in fact start.  Both Daryl Williams and Jarvis Jones played last week against Ball State and I fully expect both to do so against Texas as well as OU will continue to rotate in o-linemen just like usual.

* It would seem that Austin Haywood has unofficially moved past Trent Ratterree even though they're listed as "or" on the depth chart.  Ratterree just doesn't seem to get the same amount of playing time he had last year.  Regardless, this is a position group that could and need to have a big game Saturday likely in the form of one James Hanna.  It's a clear advantage for OU when they can get them matched up with the Texas safeties.

* Ryan Broyles and Kenny Stills are obvious locks as two of the three WR spots, but that third one seems to be a revolving door of sorts.  Despite having a big game last week, Jaz Reynolds does not find himself at that third spot. Instead it's Dejuan Miller who OU fans will remember having some big catches in this game last year.  Reynolds is listed behind Broyles and recently reinstated Trey Franks is listed behind Stills.

* At RB it's still Brennan Clay and Dom Whaley listed as co-starters, with Roy Finch as the back-up.  I think I can speak for a majority of OU fans when I say we'd very much prefer Whaley to get a majority of the carries and the coaches to work in Finch and true freshman Brandon Williams.  That's not to say Clay can't play a role, and a successful one, in this game but the other three just bring a big play potential he has yet to display.  And this is a game that needs big plays.

Virtually nothing out of the ordinary on defense.

* Up front, all the names you'd expect.  Ronnell Lewis and Frank Alexander at DE with Casey Walker and UT fan favorite Jamarkus McFarland at DT.  Though as we OU fans know you can expect to see plenty of the guys listed behind them:  David King and R.J. Washington at DE as well as Stacy McGee and Torrea Peterson at DT.

* Again, the usual suspects at LB.  Travis Lewis, Tom Wort, and Tony Jefferson at that hybrid spot.  Joseph Ibiloye played a lot in this game last year and if Texas gets their run game going we could see more of him than we've seen thus far.  Barring injury, Corey Nelson is really the only other name you'd need to know.  Venables doesn't sub at LB unless absolutely necessary, so it will be those four or five guys for all four quarters.

* Despite losing Jamell Fleming early last week and playing without Aaron Colvin, both are listed back at their customary starting spots.  Javon Harris mans the other safety spot and will play a big role in helping to stop the Texas run game.  Then you have remaining just the most underrated cornerback in the country in Demontre Hurst.  Despite what you're likely to hear elsewhere, this should be a match-up advantage for OU.  Hurst/Fleming match-up very well with Davis/Shipley and Colvin being a former corner should have no issues locking up on a TE like D.J. Grant (admittedly he'll be at a size disadvantage).  Then you have Harris to come up and support the run, which he's proven to be very adept at doing.

* At kicker, it's still Jimmy Stevens and Michael Hunnicutt listed as co-starters.  Though I feel pretty confident that if this game comes down to a field goal, Sooner fans would prefer Hunnicutt to be the guy trotting out to take it.

* Trey Franks is back on kick returns, but as a back-up, so it's still Finch/Clay/Whaley for what has been an incredibly underwhelming unit thus far.
