Week Nine SBN BlogPoll Ballot - Back To Anarchy

After a few weeks of little to no movement on my weekly BlogPoll ballot things are getting shaken up pretty well this week. I have a total of 21 teams moving this week including Georgia Tech, Illinois and Arizona State dropping out. Nebraska and Michigan State move into my Top 10 this week with the Spartans taking the biggest jump forward by moving up six spots. Both Oklahoma and Wisconsin take an equal fall of 11 spots after upset losses. Saying hello to the ballot this week are Texas Tech, Penn State, Cincinnati and USC - in that order.
