Sooners Hold Position In AP Poll - Texas Doesn't Get That First Place Vote Anymore

That AP write who has been voting Texas #1 for the last month has been proven even more unqualified to be voting in any college football poll with the debacle in Austin yesterday. Meanwhile, the Big 12 logjam that was there in the Top 10 has been broken up a bit as Florida jumps in to take the #7 spot vacated by the Longhorns. Stanford and Auburn have the biggest upswing by jumping from #16 and #17 respectfully into the Top 10. Texas takes the biggest tumble by falling from #7 to #21.
