At 20-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play the Oklahoma Sooners are sitting second in the Big 12 baseball standings. They'll have the opportunity to change that this weekend when third place Texas comes to Norman and first place Kansas State travels to Lubbock to take on Texas Tech. First though, Oklahoma must deal with Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Anything could happen once a game starts but this series should be nothing more than a confidence booster and additional batting practice for the Sooners. The Bulls are 3-12 on the season and their starting pitchers for the series, Gregory Daiville and Brad Tarter are a combined 0-4 with ERAs of 17.18 and 29.84 respectfully. No, that isn't a misprint.

Both games in the series will be broadcast locally by Cox Communications. First pitch in both games is set for 7:00. You can catch the action live on Cox Channel 3 in both the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas.
