The OU women made quick work of preseason WAC favorite, Fresno State lat night in Norman.  The women were lead once again by Danielle Robinson's 17 points and eight assists (both game highs).  Robinson was joined in double figures by Aaryn Ellenberg, who is very quickly becoming a star, and her 15 points (3-3 from three point range) as well as senior Lauren Willis who was perfect from the floor (11 points, 4-4 from the field and 3-3 from the charity stripe).  This is a young Sooner team, for the most part, and a team playing without it's other superstar in Whitney Hand.  When Hand is able to return, she'll likely have the luxury of easing her way back in with the emergence of both Ellenberg and fellow freshman Morgan Hook (3-6 from three point against Fresno St.).  This team has an abundance of size inside, amazingly quick guards in Robinson and Ellenberg, and with Hook, Willis, and eventually Hand some deadly shooters from three point range.

This could be a really good OU team, so now you know where you'll need to come to keep up on all the latest.  CC Machine will be your source for all things OU and we promise not to overlook any Sooner team (wink, wink OnlyOne)!

Boomer Sooner!  Great job ladies!
