Oklahoma landed a four-star playmaker with a verbal commitment from Shawnee, Kansas standout Justin McCay. Listed as an athlete, McCay has explosive 4.5 speed and great size 6-3/197 that allows him to standout on both sides of the ball. As a receiver he caught 31 passes for 354 yards while also rushing for another 243 yards and a combined 10 touchdowns. On the defensive side of the ball he registered more than 50 tackles while showing the versatility to play multiple positions.
Recruited by Jay Norvell, McCay is most likely destined to be a receiver for the Sooners but could easily end up in Brent Venables care as well. Heavily recruited, Justin McCay received offers from Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kansas State, Missouri, Notre Dame and Oregon.
