Texas Tech pops in this week at # 21 while Kansas joins OU in dropping. The Jayhawks are #24 this week which leaves no doubt that the loser of Saturday's contest in Lawrence will most certainly be gone from the polls. Oklahoma State is a team on the rise again as the Cowboys jump two spots to #14. Texas remains at #3 and receives no first place votes after squeaking past Oklahoma's JV squad on Saturday.
