Longar Longar only played 16 minutes Saturday against Texas A&M which resulted in a paltry nine points. Part of the issue was foul trouble as Longar would eventually foul out but another issue is a stress fracture in his lower right leg.
No one is certain at which point in the season Longar suffered the injury but it occurred during conference play. The more pressing question though is how bad it is and how long will it affect his game? It was obviously an issue on Saturday and with Texas coming to Norman on Wednesday night Oklahoma may be down to the Griffin brothers as Oklahoma's only healthy big men.
