The Sooners can move their conference record to 3-2 tonight with a win over Oklahoma State in the first round of basketball Bedlam. The Cowboys are on a three game slide which in my opinion makes them more dangerous against the Sooners who are on a two-game winning streak. A national television audience could also help OU move closer to cracking the top 25.
The Cowboys don't have a very strong inside presence at all and will rely on perimeter shooting for the majority of their points because freshman center Ibrahima Thomas is only contributing 5.8 points per game. Forward Marcus Dove gives the Pokes 10.6 points a game and leads out in rebounding with 6 per contest. Among the guards Byron Eaton leads in assists per game with 3.1 and scores 9.5 points a game. The other two guards are Terrel Harris and freshman James Anderson who 11.1 and 15.5 points respectively.
Leave your Bedlam comments here before, during and after the game.
