Sooners Move to #5 AP Ranking

New, 2 comments

The Oklahoma Sooners now own the spot vacated by the Michigan Wolverines in this week's AP Poll. It was expected that the Sooners would move up but how far was still an uncertainty. They are sharing the #5 spot with Wisconsin but I believe that will change one way or the other after Oklahoma's game with Miami this weekend.

Other Big 12 Schools
The Texas Longhorns dropped to #7 while Nebraska moved up to #16 and Texas A&M checks in at #23.

OU's next opponent, the Miami Hurricanes, received a total of 91 votes which would have placed them at #28.
