OU faces their first "road test" tonight when they travel to Tulsa to take on the Golden Hurricane. Because it is a road trip I won't be attending which means I'll be here to discuss the game with you guys on this very thread. However, because it is a Friday night I need to go to my son's Jr. High football game first. His game starts at 5:30 so I won't miss much, if any, so don't panic if I'm not here by kickoff. Just go ahead and start discussing it without me.

Series History: OU is 14-7-1 against the Golden Hurricane including winning the last three times they have met.
Fun Fact: Oklahoma's defense has scored a touchdown in all three games this season.

TU: P. Smith, 43 of 66, 761 yards, 8 TDs, 2 INTs
Rushing Leaders
OU: D. Murray, 36 carries, 251 yards, 6 TDs
TU: T. Adams, 46 carries, 208 yards, 2 TDs

TU: C. Clay, 11 receptions, 190 yards, 3 TDs
Tackling Leaders

TU: N. Coleman, 21 tackles
Official Machine Prediction: OU will overpower Tulsa's defense and score as much as they want to. On the other hand Tulsa will have the most potent offense of any team the Sooners have played to this point and will be a solid test for the defense. In the end Oklahoma walks away a 52 - 17 winner.
