I really wanted to put the Sooners' left tackle Phil Loadholt on this list because I think at the end of the season there is a really good chance that he'll be the best left tackle in the conference. However, our prerequisite for making the All Conference team is that you have actually played in the Big 12. Phil hasn't done that yet but he'll make his presence felt in just a few short months.
