With the taste of Fiesta Bowl defeat still fresh in our mouths it's time to start preparing for the `07 Sooner football squad. We could do all the speculating we want, and believe me we will, but the truth is that no one knows what to expect from Keith Nichol, Mossis Madu or DeMarco Murray until we actually see them on the field.
Spring practice gives OU fans the perfect opportunity to do that as well as get the scoop on the quarterback competition. Oklahoma's spring practice begins March 5th with sessions following on the 7th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 26th, 28th, 30th, 31st.
Practice continues in April with sessions on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 9th.
The March 14th and 31st dates are planned scrimmages while the 2007 spring game is tentatively set for Saturday, April 7.
