Unlike the Paul Thompson question, we will know Saturday night about the Oklahoma offensive line.
There is little doubt that the Blazers are going to stack the box to try to stop Adrian Peterson and force Paul Thompson to beat them. If the Sooners face a third and long expect the Blazers to "pin their ears back" and come after Thompson.
The offensive line must create holes for Peterson to avoid the third and long situations. They also must give Thompson more than adequate protection against a Blazers defensive line that seems out manned.
Last year's offensive line improved drastically over the course of the season and offensive coordinator Kevin Wilson swears that this year's Oklahoma line is ahead of the pace of last season.
With a mobile quarterback and a moving pocket the 06 line doesn't have to be great but they will have to be a little better than adequate.
