Colorado's passing game shouldn't strike fear in any defense but when the do throw the ball tight end Riar Geer (87) is the man Bernard Jackson looks to. Geer leads the team in receptions with 21 and receiving yards 229. He has also caught 2 of Jackson's 3 touchdown passes.

The linebackers are leading the Buffaloes on the defensive side of the ball. Jordon Dizon (44) leads the team in tackles with 46. He is followed by Thaddaeus Washington (49), 32 tackles, and Brad Jones (40) with 24 tackles.

Cornerback Terrence Wheatly (26) is a special player on the defensive side of the ball. He is third on the team in tackles with 30 and also leads the Buffs in interceptions (4).

The Sooners will also need to keep tabs on defensive end Abraham Wright (53). Wright has recorded has recorded 26 tackles and leads the team in sacks with 9.
