The Iowa State Cyclones are 3-3 on the season with an 0-2 record in the Big 12. They are 10th in the conference in scoring offense and 9th in yards per game. Quarterback Bret Meyer (7) has leads the 4th best passing attack in the conference with a 59.6 completion percentage. Meyer has thrown for 1448 yards, 8 touchdowns and 5 interceptions.

Meyer's favorite targets are Jon Davis(81) 355 yards - 1 touchdown, Todd Blythe(1) 353 yards - 6 touchdowns and Austin Flynn(8) 324 yards.

The Cyclones rushing attack is ranked 10th in the conference. Stevie Hicks (27) leads the team in rushing with 384 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns on 84 carries.

Iowa State is last in the conference in scoring defense giving up 28.7 points per game and last in yardage surrendering 278.2 yards each game. Against Oklahoma's strength, the rush, the Cyclones are last again in the conference. Opponents are running for an average of 145.8 yards on Iowa State.

Pass defense is a little better for the Cyclones but not much. Iowa State is 10th in the conference giving up 232.3 yards per game. The Iowa State defense has 5 interceptions but has given up 11 touchdowns.

This game will be a good match-up for the Sooners. ISU will score some points but not near enough to outscore Oklahoma who should be able to move the ball at will both on the ground and through the air. It looks like it is shaping up to be a good rebound game for the Sooners.
