Coach Capel Will Return To Oklahoma

OU did the right thing by agreeing to give Coach Capel a raise and extension today. Terms were not released and the details of Coach Capel's agreement either Thursday or Friday. We will have more when it becomes available but all we know now is Coach Capel will be back and not taking the step down to South Carolina.
