Sooners got screwed by coaches poll

Hadn't heard about this until now. Not sure how much this has been reported, but this is some crazy stuff.

The Coaches Poll should definitely be taken out of the BCS equation and I'm frankly surprised that this still goes on from year to year.

Check it out and get the word out, then maybe the system will finally be changed.

It doesn't make any sense

having coaches vote in a poll that helps determine who plays for the national championship. There are too many agendas out there. Bobby Bowden has ill feelings towards the Sooners because of the 2000 season and Terry is going to do whatever dad asks of him. Les is trying to protect his own interest and its clear that putting the Sooners at #5 he wanted no part of Bob Stoops again.

Regardless the computers, who also had Missouri ahead of the Sooners, hurt OU more than the coaches poll did.
