On October 30, 2010 the Ryan Broyles led Oklahoma Sooners faced the Colorado Buffaloes. After fighting a close battle through one quarter, Oklahoma took control as they unleashed an air raid leading to a 43-10 victory. However, the star of the evening was none other than one of the best in Sooners' history, Broyles.
Broyles caught 9 passes for a record setting performance of 208 yards and three touchdowns, all with an ankle injury. The previous mark was held by Manuel Johnson at 206 yards receiving. With the effort, Broyles recorded his tenth 100+ yard receiving outing in eleven games....and the rest was history.
