Earlier today, the Big XII Conference announced it's conference awards via twitter. First on the list is Tyler Neal who was named the Big XII Sixth Man of the Year. Neal is averaging 6.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game. However, he plays in the confines of the system and connects on just over 41% of his three point attempts.

Making the All-Big XII Second Team is Buddy Hield. The talented sophomore has become a fan favorite while leading Oklahoma in points per contest 16.8. While he continues to improve, Buddy will once again see his name on the list of All-Conference players in the future.
All-Conference Second Team | Position | Class |
Joel Embiid, Kansas | C | Freshman |
Marcus Foster, Kansas State | G | Freshman |
Buddy Hield, Oklahoma | G | Sophomore |
Markel Brown, Oklahoma State | G | Senior |
Jonathan Holmes, Texas | F | Junior |
Last but certainly not least is Cameron Clark, the lone senior starter on this Oklahoma Sooners roster. After a stellar start to the season, it was evident Clark tapered off a bit. Second on the team in scoring, Clark averages 15.2 points per game and 5.6 rebounds. A real threat outside, this senior hits roughly 44% of his three point attempts.
