Lots of chatter on Barking Carnival and Tiger Droppings about Saban going to Texas once Mack Brown steps down. ESPN also reporting that there is an unsigned extension on Saban's desk in Alabama and they are nervous.
If true, this certainly would put a new spin on upcoming Sugar Bowl. It would also turn the Big 12 on it's head. Would Texas really sell (or rent) their soul to Nick Saban for relevancy on the National stage? What does Alabama look like without Saban? How quickly would Saban turn things around in Austin?
