Sooner Sports TV To Net OU "Upwards Of $7 Million Annually" According To Reports

According to a report Wednesday in the Sports Business Journal, the University of Oklahoma could earn "upwards of $7 million new annual revenue from both Fox and the school’s multimedia rights holder, Learfield Sports." Obviously, that number is nowhere near the $15 million rival Texas is stealing receives from ESPN but that should take nothing away from this report (assuming its accuracy, of course). Again, if accurate, this would be a a substantial increase in revenue from the figures that were initially thrown out. Oh, and cha-ching.
