PrintWow... 600 elementary school kids waiting to hear you announce your college choice, and you don't even have the common courtesy to call and let them know you're not coming? No one involved on the Neal's end could be bothered to make a phone call or send a text?
I don't much care what excuse they come up with, that's pretty classless and unacceptable...
