Oklahoma announced Monday afternoon that senior point guard, Sam Grooms, would not be available for Tuesday's game against Stephen F. Austin. Grooms is reportedly suffering from concussion like symptoms after being hit in the head while batting for a rebound in practice.

Grooms has transitioned to a reserve role this season after starting all 31 of Oklahoma's games last season. Grooms currently leads the team in assists (24) and has played in all nine games this season.
