University of Oklahoma junior shooting guard Steven Pledger has been named the Big 12 Player of the Week after averaging 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists in the Sooners two games last week. Pledger scored the third highest total of his career in the Sooners unexpected win Saturday on the road against Kansas State.
