I saw this last night as I was sitting down for my evening meal and thought the commentary by Joey Galloway and Trevor Matich about the production drop off after Broyles knee injury was somewhat interesting.
I don't remember anyone else posting this stat, but Stills ypg shrinkage from 94 to 56 yards after Ryan really jumps off the page more than just what we saw during the games themselves. I like the analogy Galloway used about Ryan being the police escort for the other receivers when he was on the field. I think that gives extra emphasis as to what Broyles meant to the team before the injury as more than just a security blanket, as other teams had to account for him on every play whether he was the target or not.
I'm looking forward to seeing the chemistry that will develop with the returning receiving corps along with the new guys coming in causing many sleepless nights for defensive coordinators around the conference.
