Brandon Beaver: "Throw me a friggin bone here" (In dr evil voice).
This is absolutely insane. How could the coaches let this happen this late i the game? I would doubt he inks with us now, but who knows. Maybe the coaches can reel him back in and get a visit before signing day. It's an insider link from recruiting nation but you can see enough to understand what's up.

Heard some talk that
This might have been OU rather than Beaver backing off. Maybe Mike isn’t as big a fan? They’ve offered and are getting visits from a couple other guys, so Mike might have some different ideas on who he likes.

Not only that....
but apparently fresh offers. This is Mike’s defense now. Not Brent’s. If Brent is still interested the boy can go to Clemson.,

quite a few 'talented players' at OU sat on the bench for several years
I’m not baggin BV but he did run the Defense and a lot of scholarship kids didn’t get to see the field very much during his tenure.
The one thing being a lot older has going for it, most of us older have seen more CFB than most younger people have seen web pages.
