I can't help but feel the need to post this after having seen more times than I care to count reference to Alabama's supposed 14th national championship won Monday night. It is a complete and utter fallacy as detailed in this article. It's one embarrassingly pathetic thing for the fans to try and make this b.s. claim, but it's another thing entirely that the freaking school actually claims it as well (and they do. proudly.). Hell based on their backwoods Bama math, OU could claim no less than 17 national championships but do you see that number floated around anywhere? Nope. They won. They're the champs. They were without a doubt (IMO) the best team in the country this year. But 14 national titles? Uh, not so much fellas.
