I've got to believe there wouldn't be a vote unless Scott had the teams coming in committed to leave the Big XII and the nine votes needed by the school presidents in hand.  He's not going to embarass himself and there is no need to have the vote for the Pac to say, "No, we don't want to expand."  So, if this is true, the vote must be on at least OU and OSU.

Looks like we're finally putting this thing to bed.
