The college football landscape is starting to change:

ACC: Accepts Big East schools Pitt and Syracuse as new members. Maybe going after two more schools to increase to 16. Rumored possibilities: UConn, Rutgers, and Texas.

Big East: Will be getting TCU next season, but will be losing Pitt and Syracuse. Rumors say they are talking with Kansas, K-State, Missouri on joining. Baylor and Iowa St. have been in contact as well.

Big XII: Texas A&M have given notice that they are leaving the conference. Trying to join SEC but legal trouble with Baylor as put that on hold, however Oklahoma is having meeting on Monday to see if staying in the Big XII is good for the school. Texas announced it is also having a meeting on Monday.

PAC-12: Commissioner Larry Scott stated that they are not actively seeking new members but has said that they have been contacted by several universities.

SEC: Awaiting legal confrontation between Texas A&M and Baylor before it officially accepts Texas A&M as their 13th member. No 14th member as been discussed.
