What? No Broyles?
Are they holding him out of this scrimmage for safety maybe?
And if the weather is as bad as expected
You can plan on them holding out several other guys as well.

Landy has to play in my opinion
Footwork and going through progressions needs to be exercised.

Yup
Yup, let’s keep in mind that Landry will not be touched, hit, or otherwise at-risk of an injury resulting from contact from another player.

Being on Landry's team
Has to bode well for his playing time that’s for sure. I agree w/ Matt that he definitely has areas he could work/improve upon, but I really see the coaches using this scrimmage as the biggest opportunity they have to seperate Bell & Allen from one another.

McCay getting drafted
A positive sign that his injury is minor at best?

General thoughts
As I said above, I think Bell being on Landry’s team is a good sign for him getting a majority of the snaps. I think Allen will do so as well, but they’ll also want to see Kendal Thompson in there some and I’m just guessing the coaches aren’t worried about seeing what Daniel Rossi is all about (no offense Daniel).
Bell may get more playing time, but the Allen/Thompson definitely have the advantage with who they’ll be throwing to. If NateHeupel was right about McCay’s injury, it looks like Team White is Trey Franks and, um, yeah not much.
Red Team is freaking loaded at RB! Not really sure who benefits more from their respective o-lines though, they look pretty even to me. Maybe a slight edge to the Red Team.
ATTENTION OU COACHES: Priority #1 is to program The Hammer so he’s aware this is just a scrimmage. Deactivate the “kill the man with the ball” program ASAP.
Definitely don’t envy Bell having to throw against that Team Red secondary, especially given what he’s got at receiver. Note to self, don’t read too much into his likely multiple INT day (noted).
LBs for Team Red is about as lopsided as the RB position, wow.
I don’t know who drafted Team White, but I’d demand a re-draft if I were them. Not sure how I can see anything other than an run away “win” for Team Red, IMO. Anybody else think these are pretty heavily slanted to Red or am I just crazy?

cont.
QB = Push (assuming Landry doesn’t really play)
RB = Advantage Red (big)
FB = Advantage White
WR = Advantage Red (big)
TE = Push
OL = I’m going Push
DE = Advantage White
DT = Advantage White
LB = Advantage Red
DB = Advantage Red
K/P = No comment
DS = HUGE advantage White!

Red team should win big. I'd be suprised if they don't.
Or rather they should dominate the game. I’m not sure Allen/Thompson can lead too many scoring drives.
