Someone that can tell him he's wrong. The last person to do that was Mike. Mike was DC & CO-head coach if I remember. That needs to happen again, if not with Mike then with someone to which Bob respects enough that he will listen.

I still think Stoops is the best head coach for OU. But someone needs to stand up to him. Every assistant on the staff right now is beholden to Stoops.

I do think he has lost some drive, has become complacent. I'm not sure who can motivate him if its not Mike.

Venables just ain't getting it done at DC. He had Baylor shut down in the first quarter. Why does he stick with the 3 man front. He knows it doesn't work. The 4 DE's is the only way to go anymore. The 3 man front is dead, may it rest in peace.
