Texas Offense Getting Very Thin With Whittaker Injury
Thie Texas Longhorns were already thin on offense going into the Missouri game and are now even more so with what appears to be a serious leg injury to running back Fozzy Whittaker. Freshmen Malcolm Brown and Joe Bergeron were already sidelined with various injuries which leaves junior Jeremy Hills as the primary running back. Coming into today's game Hills had 11 carries on the season.
In addition to the running back injuries the Longhorns are short their top receiver Jaxon Shipley who is out with a knee injury. The response has been an even more anemic Longhorn attack than usual. Midway through the third quarter Texas has 3 points, 62 rushing yards and 90 passing yards and trails Missouri 17-3. They've also gone back to rotating quarterbacks.

This is off the subject
But anybody know the percentage on losses at the first of the year compared to the losses at the end of the year. And totals if you have the time. It would just be interesting to see if the are simmilar.

It looks like the Longhorns are pretty thin at quarterback too.
After the way last season went, I was really confused about why Gilbert opened the year as the starter. Now I understand.
