Sam Bradford signs richest guaranteed deal in NFL history

No. 1 overall draft pick Sam Bradford agreed to a six-year, $78 million contract with the St. Louis Rams on Friday night, with $50 million in guaranteed money.

The Rams and the former Oklahoma quarterback concluded negotiations in time for the first full-squad workout set for Saturday. The guaranteed money is the highest ever in the NFL.

It is being reported that the deal can be worth as much as $86 million.

Congrats Sam!  Now that the #1 pick is signed, I'm sure G.K. McCoy is just a few days away from cashing in as well.
