Redemption was the theme for Oklahoma's football team in last Saturday night's Bedlam game as James Hanna, Cam Kenney and Jimmy Stevens made up for prior transgressions by having a monster game. If redemption remains the theme going into Saturday night's Big 12 Championship match-up with the Nebraska Cornhuskers then Landry Jones has a lot to atone for based off his previous performance against the Huskers.
During last year's 10-3 loss to Nebraska in Lincoln Landry Jones was picked off 5 times and the Sooner offense couldn't get anything accomplished in a game that was about as ugly as they come. Oklahoma's defense play outstanding by holding Nebraska to 180 net yards and 10 points. They forced the Huskers to 11 punts and held Nebraska to just 1-14 on third downs conversions but Oklahoma's offense was just unable to capitalize in any way to produce points.
