Hey Texas, Even Baylor Was Able To Get Bowl Eligible This Season!
That noise you hear is all of us laughing at you. Gonna be a long wait until September. Don't forget to check your equipment at the locker room on your way out.

Are they the first to do this since the start of the BCS?
Texas Longhorns…from the national championship game…to no bowl
In the interest of quicker games Ron should just tell the ump he's pulling the Feliz card and the ump should rule the inning over.--Sherman McCoy on Sept. 4, 2009

Actually UTexass may be going bowling if Smack has any say
from the Austin Statesman:
Smack: “If there are not enough 6-6 teams to fill all 70 bowl slots and some 5-7 teams are needed, Brown said he would ask the team to vote on whether it wanted to attend a bowl.”
Texassians at that school will do anything to say “look at me”
the link http://www.statesman.com/sports/collegefootball/longhorns-lose-to-aggies-fall-to-5-7-1073995.html
So how do they attach an asterisk?
To “Last Place in the Big 12!”
"I don't like Texas. I don't like the city of Austin. And I don't like the color orange. It reminds me of puke." The Boz
any place they want to, their butts, their noses I don't really are but what irritates is this from Orangebloods
4. If Texas was somehow selected as a 5-7 team to play in a bowl game, Mack said he would take a vote among the players to see if they were interested in accepting such a bid.
“I think it’s something that none of us have ever even heard of or thought of,” Mack said. "I think it would be up to DeLoss (Dodds) and Bill Powers. If it did arise and they called me next week and said, ‘If you want to go, we can.’
“I think that what I would do is ask the players to vote. I wouldn’t want to go and have them not want to go.”
LB Keenan Robinson said he’d like to play in a bowl game.
“We’d be happy to play again. I’m not ready for this season to end,” Robinson said. “I’d like to play in one more game with these seniors. It would give us one more game to finish things right, like we should at Texas.”
Those thoughts were shared by S Blake Gideon and LB Emmanuel Acho.
“If nothing else than for the seniors,” Gideon said. “So they can have an opportunity to end on a higher note than what we laid out on film tonight.”

This is pure horse s&%$! I told you that they would weasel a way into something. If they get in we need to makes everyone of us registers on BON’r and Smack Smack and them for going to the turd bowl or whatever.
I WILL make that my mission, to trash them every single day from the time thy announce until they get their butts whipped again. Take their noses and rub it deeply in the crap that they are. Forget work, forget the dog, forget everything else but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. UTexass needs put in their crappy smell-ing place and stay in it.
TUCK FEXASS once and for all.
Well said, well said...
I’m already a member of BON and post a couple reality checks every now and then.

If we were invited to a bowl, I would have mixed emotions about it. On one side, this team needs more time to practice and going to a bowl game would give them that opportunity. On the other, we haven’t fixed whatever seems to be wrong with the program since Rice so why would anything change in another month. This season has been a train wreck and in some sense it is a relief that it is over. As for your last two paragraphs, well I hope you have a good time. Nothing you can say to anyone over there can make this season any worse that it has been already. (Well with exception that Greg Davis is coming back for another year)
from observation it not just Greg Davis, Muschamp is as much a part of the problem
a lot of people are in love with him because of in the face potty mouth. But what has he really done.. nothing except cause locker room flareups. His D stinks this year and last year he coached with someone elses players. He is the one who feels entitled, he is the one who doesn’t accept responsibility for his side of the game.
I don’t think much of GD, but I think everything needs to get a good evaluation even the "HCIW’, nothing is hands off.
Really I doubt I spend anytime going around talking smack to the longwhorns but I don’t think they need to be in any bowl game irregardless
Agreed on Muschamp. I think he is getting a pass because the majority of the fan base is in love with his exuberance. The defense gave up 2 or 3 big plays last night, but otherwise it was fairly solid. The part that kills me is when a running back breaks one tackle and is not touch for another 85 yards.
As for Davis, I don’t think he has any idea what to do with the position players we have and that is very sad. There is some talent on the team, but everyone sucks running east and west.
Definitely understand the feelings on the bowl game. Sad when we can agree that Texas does not need to play in a bowl game. I would love for the seniors to go out with a win, but it’s kinda nice to know that I don’t have to spend four hours watching another loss.
Did Blake or Schnelly
Ever lose to ISU & Baylor at home in the same season?!?!
