and that’s the area where OU could actually make up ground. Auburn and LSU do have a shot, but if OU wins out, and so does Oregon, Boise and TCU/Utah and Michigan St than OU will be ahead of Boise and TCU/Utah

This is bittersweet. I’m happy we’re number one but everything is in place for us to lose next week.
The past #1’s have lost this year when:
1. Playing in a Hostile road environment
2. The team their playing in the top 25.
3. The College Game Day crew was there.
I’m trying to be optimistic but its hard.

Trust me guys
We win out, we’re in the national championship game. The only thing I am worried about is stumbling between now and then. Right now, the only matchups I am truly concerned about are for the title game. Oregon has enough speed to hurt us in the second half pretty badly, and Alabama is still an incredibly talented team.
Anyway, what I’m trying to say here, is if we win out, we’re in. We got a straight shot at the title game.
